14-day refund. No interrogation.
Last updated: 27 May 2026
The short version
If OTTV does not work on your device, or you decide it is not for you, ask for a refund inside 14 days of your purchase. We process refunds back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
What qualifies
- You bought a plan less than 14 days ago.
- You contacted support at least once with the issue, so we had a chance to help first.
- The request is sent to support@ottv.org from the email used at checkout.
What does not qualify
- Requests sent more than 14 days after purchase.
- Plans where the login has been used heavily and the issue was not reported during the trial window.
- Buffering caused by your own internet connection, where speed tests clearly show the bandwidth is below what IPTV needs.
- Specific channels that are restricted in your region for legal or licensing reasons, which we cannot control.
How to request a refund
- Email support@ottv.org with the subject line “Refund request”.
- Include the email used at checkout and a short note on why.
- We confirm within one business day and refund within five.
Free trial refunds
The 24-hour free trial does not involve a payment, so there is nothing to refund. If you upgrade to a paid plan, the 14-day refund window starts from the paid purchase, not the trial.
OTTV is sold as an IPTV subscription service. Availability of content varies by region and provider package. Users are responsible for following the laws of their country.
