1. What OTTV is

OTTV is an IPTV subscription service. You buy a plan, we send you login credentials, you stream live TV and on-demand titles through an IPTV app on a device you own.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for checking that an IPTV service is legal in your country.

3. Your account

  • One subscription is for one household. Sharing your login outside your household is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials private.
  • If we detect credential abuse, large-scale resale, or use that degrades the service for other subscribers, we may suspend or terminate the account without refund.

4. Payment and renewal

All plans are one-time payments for a fixed term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). There is no auto-renewal. When your plan expires, the login stops working. You can buy a new plan at any time.

5. Refunds

Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. Short version: 14-day refund window, easy to claim, processed within 5 business days.

6. Content and channel availability

We work to keep the channel lineup as advertised, but specific channels can change without notice for licensing, regional, or technical reasons. Availability of content varies by region and provider package.

7. Uptime

We target 99.9% uptime, measured monthly. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for interruptions caused by your internet provider, your device, or other third parties.

8. Prohibited use

  • Reselling or rebranding OTTV credentials.
  • Using OTTV to violate laws in your country.
  • Attempting to attack, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
