Frequently asked

Why does my IPTV keep buffering?
The four common causes are: slow or congested Wi-Fi, insufficient internet speed, the IPTV app's buffer being too small, and the provider's own bandwidth at peak hours. The right fix depends on which one applies.
Will switching to Ethernet stop buffering?
It is the single biggest improvement on most setups. Even a $10 USB-to-Ethernet adapter for a Firestick will eliminate Wi-Fi-related buffering. It does not help if the bottleneck is your ISP or the provider.
What internet speed do I need to stop buffering?
10 Mbps for HD on one device, 25 Mbps for Full HD, 50 Mbps for 4K or multiple devices. If your speed is fine and you still buffer, the issue is the network path, not the bandwidth.
Why does buffering get worse at night?
Two reasons. Your ISP gets congested during peak hours (19:00–23:00). And the IPTV provider's servers see the highest concurrent viewers at the same time. Ask support whether a backup server is available.
Can a VPN reduce IPTV buffering?
Sometimes. A VPN bypasses ISP throttling on streaming traffic but adds latency. It is worth trying when you suspect throttling — your speed test is fast but streaming is slow. Pick a VPN server close to the IPTV provider.
